• An item is out of stock, will you be getting more? We try to restock all items regularly. If there is a particular item you'd like to purchase, please email us - hello@smithandgoat.co.uk, and we'll get one made as soon as possible for you.

• How much is delivery? Standard delivery is £3.95 per order anywhere in the UK. Our pet bowls are £6.95 as they are weighty.  Full priced sink delivery is free, outlet sinks are £29.95. You can view our full delivery and returns policy here. 

• Do you have a shop I can come to? At the moment are online only, you can continue to purchase online or visit one of our lovely stockists.  We also offer appointments at our workshop if you wish to come and view samples, our outlet sinks or discuss a bespoke project. 

• Do you offer colour samples? To give an indication of colour for larger items such as sinks and furniture, you can order Concrete colour samples here . Please note these are for reference and every pour of concrete will have it's own unique texture and colour where tones may differ.

• I'd like to buy something but live outside the UK? - Please get in touch for a shipping quote. Some products are also available on Wolf & Badger who ship worldwide.

• Do you use eco packaging? Wherever possible yes. We actively choose packaging made from recycled materials and that can be recycled. We also reuse packaging that we have received. We'd love if you would reuse the packaging we send.
