John Lewis Bespoke Concrete Display Plinths, Various Locations, Nationwide

We were approached by a visual merchandiser from the John Lewis team to create over 100 coloured concrete display plinths for use across their flagship stores. We were really excited to be part of John Lewis’ initiative to showcase local craftspeople and worked with the team to design a bespoke colour palette that we layered to produce a unique surface pattern.

Concrete’s natural movement when casting meant that each cylindrical plinth was completely unique, a characteristic of concrete we love.

Seeing Smith & Goat in a well established and much-loved department store was a proud moment for us and demonstrates how concrete can be used to bring in-store experiences to life.
