Custom Concrete Homewares, Tate Britain

We were invited by the one and only Tate Britain to collaborate on a range  to celebrate the exhibition Sarah Lucas: Happy Gas and sit beside it in the exhibition store. Sarah’s work is bold and provocative, using ordinary objects in unexpected ways.

 

We were briefed with images of some of the pieces from the exhibition and a colour palette, to create Smith & Goat concrete products to compliment Sarah Lucas’ work and her use of concrete within her exhibition.

The finished items were fun and unique and for those visiting, available in the exhibition shop to purchase, as well as online with Tate Britain. 

 

It was a real honour to see our work displayed and sold in the prestigious Tate Britain. The exhibition runs until Jan 24, we highly recommend you visit.
